Tuciva develops compact electromechanical systems in which mechanisms, power, electronics, sensing, controls, thermal behaviour and manufacture are considered together. Performance is often decided at the boundaries between them.

A mechanism can work in isolation while the product still fails through power delivery, heat, tolerance, control behaviour, access or assembly. Those interactions must be designed rather than discovered late.

Tuciva builds the architecture around the behaviour of the complete system, then uses models, rigs and prototypes to resolve the interfaces carrying the most risk.
